VYNEX® provides a durable textured matte finish. It is our most popular surface, and the only surface used on our window counter mats.
DIRECT PRINT TO VYNEX® Frame-It FLEX® and Frame-It® BASIC counter mats are imprinted directly to the back of the Vynex® protective surface. CounterPoint® prints all hard surface counter mats using Offset Lithography on our state-of-the-art Heidelberg® printing presses. This provides brilliant reproduction of your four-color process and spot color (PMS) artwork.
HEAVY DUTY RUBBER
This heavy duty natural open cell rubber Base material with our Supported Adhesion Coating (SAC) is the most durable option. Available in 1/16" and 1/8" thicknesses.
MEDIUM DUTY RUBBER
This Latex-Free synthetic rubber is 55% lighter than our Heavy Duty Base. Available in 1/16" and 1/8" thicknesses.
BARELY THERE® ULTRA-THIN
This Ultra-Thin latex free, non-slip polymer base is about half the thickness of a dime – .020".
PEEL&PLACE® REPOSITIONABLE
This base uses a .015" thin repositionable adhesive to keep your counter mat in place.
Frame-It FLEX® windows may be configured to insert from any side. Standard configuration shown. Multiple windows and custom window sizes/shapes are allowed.
Frame-It® BASIC windows are not customizable. Inserts are placed from the back of the mat through an opening in the backing near the top of the window.
CounterPoint® offers six standard counter mat sizes, with round and oval variations on each. Standard and maximum window sizes are included for window mats. Each Rectangle PDF file contains a rectangle with 3/8" rounded corners and optional window information. With CounterPoint®, your creativity is not limited to a rectangle! Custom shapes and sizes are our specialty.
