UltraThin Duty Counter Mats from CounterPoint

SURFACE

CounterPoint® offers four scratch resistant, durable surface options for Ultra-Thin counter mats. The two standard options for all Ultra-Thin mats are Vynex® and Krystex®. Two economical options available only for Peel&Place® are Matte & Gloss Poly.

VYNEX® provides a durable textured matte finish and is our most popular surface. KRYSTEX® provides a durable "krystal" clear smooth gloss finish. Matte & Gloss Poly surfaces are economical alternatives with a smooth matte or gloss finish. (Peel&Place® only)

IMPRINT

CounterPoint® prints our Ultra-Thin counter mats using Offset Lithography on our state-of-the-art Heidelberg® Speedmaster™ and HP Indigo press 3050 printing presses. This provides brilliant reproduction of your four-color process and spot color (PMS) artwork. Imprint Layer options are:

WATERPROOF POLYMER SHEET
The standard Imprint Layer is a synthetic polymer sheet that will not delaminate and is waterproof providing exceptional durability. DIRECT PRINT TO VYNEX
The Vynex surface material is imprinted on the back, eliminating the need to laminate the imprint layer to the surface – available only for Barely There™ base.

BASE

PEEL & PLACE®
This ultra-thin base uses a .0125" removable/repositionable adhesive to keep the mat in place. BARELY THERE™
Barely half the thickness of a dime! At only .020" thick, it's a super-thin non-slip base.

SIZE/SHAPE

CounterPoint® offers six standard counter mat sizes, with round and oval variations on each. Standard and maximum window sizes are included for window mats. Each Rectangle PDF file contains a rectangle with 3/8" rounded corners and optional window information. With CounterPoint®, your creativity is not limited to a rectangle! Custom shapes and sizes are our specialty.
