SURFACE

CounterPoint® offers four scratch resistant, durable surface options for Heavy Duty counter mats. The two standard options are Vynex® and Krystex®. The two economy options are Matte & Gloss Poly.

IMPRINT

WATERPROOF POLYMER SHEET   CounterPoint® prints our Heavy Duty counter mats using Offset Lithography on our state-of-the-art Heidelberg® Speedmaster™ and HP Indigo press 3050 printing presses. This provides brilliant reproduction of your four-color process and spot color (PMS) artwork. The standard Imprint Layer for Heavy Duty counter mats is a waterproof polymer sheet. This synthetic material will not delaminate and is waterproof providing exceptional durability.

BASE

HEAVY DUTY RUBBER  This natural open cell rubber Base material has our Supported Adhesion Coating (SAC). The dimensional stability and adhesion characteristics provided by SAC make this the most durable base option. At a lower cost, Standard Duty offers a similar weight and feel as our Heavy Duty Base without the added durability of the SAC. Available in 1/16", 1/8", and 3/16" thicknesses.

SIZE/SHAPE

CounterPoint® offers six standard counter mat sizes, with round and oval variations on each. Standard and maximum window sizes are included for window mats. Each Rectangle PDF file contains a rectangle with 3/8" rounded corners and optional window information. With CounterPoint®, your creativity is not limited to a rectangle! Custom shapes and sizes are our specialty.
